Results-Based Leadership. CSM’s use of the
Results Triad ultimately places a premium on the role
of senior managers and executives to assert leadership in a way that
will cause good things to happen that otherwise would not.
Moreover, emphasizing leadership responsibility and skills begins to
create a culture of leadership that can truly transform an
organization. CSM’s leadership training approach integrates the
traditional academically accepted leadership concepts (“personal
attributes” of leadership) with a relatively new approach designed
to emphasize performance and results. The CSM Leadership Model
posits that there are four dimensions of leadership that must be utilized
simultaneously, and that in most cases, they are not.
Our leadership program assists leaders and
potential leaders by working with them to identify their leadership
strengths and the consequences of ignoring their weaknesses. We
work with individual leaders to provide a “leadership action plan”
designed to improve an individual’s leadership abilities by
addressing practical, contemporary issues that they are currently
facing. This training does much more than merely point out
leadership attributes to emulate.
