CSM has been assisting agencies in achieving results for nearly two decades. As simple as the concept seems, the identification and achievement of outcome based results remains an elusive concept for many federal agencies. CSM’s experience suggests that results are a function of three categories of management activity:  

▪  decisive and prudent Leadership to guide the organization on the journey to results; ▪  Direction that is understood by the entire organization; ▪  the internal Program Management to effectively manage programs and fully use organizational skills and resources.

CSM has developed separate programs for each of the three components.  Each includes standards of performance that have derived from our vast experience of working with agencies and agency executives, and each has been tested in a wide range of seminars conference and consulting arrangements.
