Results Triad. Our efforts to date strongly suggest that mission-oriented results will only be achieved when management accepts and promotes all three factors of the “Results Triad” - (1) engaged leadership, (2) clear direction, and (3) maximum feasible capacity to manage programs and resources.  All three are indispensable to success; the absence of any one of these factors dramatically reduces the organization’s chances for long term success.

Prior to conducting any training, CSM helps organization leaders conduct a candid self assessment of the issues and opportunities they face and their capacity to do the "hard things" necessary for success.  This requires an understanding of key performance constraints, their root causes, and the kind of action needed to motivate the workforce.  CSM has the ability to bring teams together to develop a quick understanding of the strategic requirements and leadership needs.
