Robin Gaige Trevillian
Robin
Trevillian has spent the last 17 years working for the US government in
various capacities both in the United States and abroad, including 9
years with the Department of Justice. After receiving her undergraduate
degree and a Masters of Business Administration, she joined the Justice
Management Division’s Systems Policy Staff in 1991 as a financial
analyst. During her tenure with the Division, she completed the National
Defense University’s Advanced Management Program.
In 1995, Ms. Trevillian was hired by the Criminal Division’s Executive
Office and shortly thereafter assumed management of the staff
responsible for budget development, planning, management analysis, and
ultimately the improved utilization of Division resources. In less than
a year, she became the Division’s Budget Officer with responsibility for
all contracting, procurement, accounting, and budget activities.
Ms. Trevillian was selected in 1997 to be the Assistant Director for
Administration of the Justice Department’s National Drug Intelligence
Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. There she managed the transition and
reorganization of administrative services from two external
organizations to an autonomous, internal function.
In 2000, Ms. Trevillian accepted the position of Executive Officer for
the US Agency for International Development Mission in Sofia, Bulgaria.
She was responsible for bringing a customer service focus to the
Executive Office.
Ms. Trevillian joined the Center for Strategic Management in April of
2003.
