 Strategic Planning

 

Within all organizations there exists the temptation to equate strategic planning with a document.  It is a CSM maxim that strategic planning is not about a document: it is about changing the organization.  When this is realized, planning resumes its proper place as a reflection of the intentions of executive management and drives action and change.
